What we can help with
- School IT and filtering — to have Ankhdase unblocked, or to request a signed data privacy agreement. The schools page covers most of it already.
- Privacy — to see, correct or delete what is held about a child.
- Teachers — classes, rosters, assignments, a lost student PIN.
- Something wrong — a broken activity, a wrong answer, a word list that needs fixing. These are the most useful messages we get.
